As a senior member of the Acquaintable engineering team, you’ll be responsible for creating a great user experience. You will innovate and captivate by refining, evolving and creating new features to improve the usability and functionality of our software applications. By utilizing your expertise with all aspects of the web development lifecycle and your strong coding skills, you will influence and develop software that will change the world. Acquaintable is looking for a full-time or part-time Product Designer that wants to join a small, cofounding team going after a huge opportunity. We believe great design and user experience are critical to delivering a great experience to our users. As our first Product Designer, you will you create the visual elements of Acquaintable (and preferably also write the front-end code to build what you design). You will work with our engineers to design and implement features that will have a major impact on the experience of our users. You will gather and synthesize user feedback and leverage your experience to make products as intuitive, simple and elegant as possible.
